About this product
The New Balance Furon Elite FG v8 in the Flash Point Pack is a top-tier firm ground soccer cleat. Size US 10 with a wide/2E width, it features a premium synthetic upper for a close fit and enhanced touch. Designed for elite performance, these cleats aim to provide lightweight speed and agility. Made in China. Ideal for competitive players seeking a high-end wide option.
Our take
These are premium cleats that feel fast from the first step. The 2E width fits perfectly—snug but not restrictive. The upper is soft and molds to the foot nicely after a few wears. On firm ground, the traction is excellent for sharp turns. However, the price is steep, and I noticed the soleplate is a bit stiff, reducing natural flex. Not the easiest break-in, but rewarding once settled.
